Alissa A. Bahn, RN, BSN, MSN, MBA - Owner/President Alissa obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in just three years, graduating Cum Laude in 1992. In 1998 she received two Master's Degrees - one in nursing and one in business administration. She worked at the University of Colorado Hospital for almost 10 years, prior to relocating to Arizona in 2000. She has worked in a variety of clinical areas, including general medical, cardiology/telemetry, intermediate care (medical, telemetry, and trauma), emergency room, general surgery, and orthopedics. Alissa also has extensive administrative experience as a charge nurse, interim nurse educator, interim nurse manager, and a project coordinator. |
In 2002, Alissa began working for Debra as a legal nurse consultant. Debra taught Alissa MRNC's methodologies, quality standards, and work product. Alissa has strong clinical skills, project management experience, education experience, and excellent business sense. She quickly gained the clients' respect and confidence. Shortly after hiring Alissa, Debra knew that she had found the right person to mentor and eventually assume the helm at MRNC; someone who could take this business into the future and continue to make it a success. Debra knew it is not every day that you find such a gem. Alissa assumed ownership of MRNC in 2005, and she is committed to the ideals of the company.
