Debra R. Karam, RN, MPH, CLCP - Founder

Debra began her nursing career in 1977 and worked in a wide variety of clinical settings, including obstetrics and gynecology, operating room, med/surg, multiple trauma, orthopedics, pediatrics, medical/surgical intensive care, and psychiatry. Debra founded MRNC in 1986. She built the company from the ground up, into a thriving, well-respected business that is known for an excellent work product. Debra obtained her life care planning certification in 2000, and she has also served as a volunteer mediator with the Peoria Police Department and a non-attorney arbitrator for the State Bar of Arizona. Debra initiated the development, testing, and implementation of relational databases years ago, and improved the analysis and reporting of all claims involving bodily injuries.

In 2005, Debra turned over the time demands of business ownership so that she could pursue other personal and professional interests. Having reviewed thousands of pages of medical records from most every major private, for-profit, and governmental hospital in the State of Arizona, Debra has a wealth of experience from which to draw.
