Jan Lutich, RN, BSN

Jan became a registered nurse in 1980, after graduating with honors from St. Joseph 's School of Nursing in her hometown of Sioux City, Iowa. She then received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1983 from Briar Cliff College and was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. Jan has 12 years of active clinical experience, primarily in the operating room. She has worked in rural and major city trauma centers. She has practiced in Iowa, California and Arizona serving in both staff and charge nurse positions. Jan completed her paralegal training at the University of California Irvine in 1993, and she joined MRNC in 1995. She has extensive experience with personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Jan adeptly analyzes any type of case that comes her way, with a particular expertise in evaluating perioperative scenarios. Her education, clinical background and analytical skills all contribute to her ability to analyze and discuss standards of care in the delivery of health care.
