At Medical Review Nurse Consulting (MRNC), we organize, extract, and analyze medical data, track case specific medical and other pertinent information, and work with attorneys and adjusters, support staff, expert witnesses, and treating physicians. We review and extract pertinent medical research, develop timelines, and create exhibits and visual materials for settlement conferences, mediation and trial. We identify and assist with retaining expert witnesses and treating physicians, recommend independent medical evaluations, and assist legal support staff to identify important missing records so that those records can be obtained. We also assist the attorney with deposition preparation, attend deposition of material witnesses, as well as assisting with the development of disclosure statements, demand letters, settlement conference memorandums, and pre-trial memorandums.
